Julius is a Berlin-based leadership consultant, coach, and author specializing in embodied leadership and organizational transformation. His approach is deeply rooted in Gestalt therapy and integrates leadership research, embodiment and neuroscience. These roots ignited his commitment to holistic, human-centered development, integrating body awareness, emotional intelligence, and authentic presence. Through his practice and as founder of the Alive School of Embodied Leadership and Transformation, Julius empowers leaders to rediscover self-efficacy, fostering environments where individuals and organizations can thrive in alignment with their needs and values. Julius is a member of the GPO Chamber Board since 2021 und the Chair of the GPO Chamber Board since 2024.

Sandra enjoys supporting individuals and organisations in their growth and development, with Gestalt at the heart of her approach. As organisational psychologist and manager she spent more than 15 years in Human Resources field in international environment (pharmaceutical, cement production and hospitality sectors) before fully devoting to her private practice, based in Split, Croatia in 2020. Todays she works as psychotherapist, coach, supervisor and trainer. She is running the first program for Gestalt practitioners in Croatia as well as Gestalt psychotherapy educational group in Split. In her work she is constantly oriented in learning new things, sharing experiences and seeking new ways how to stay empathic and grounded in this challenging world.

He has held a variety of management and leadership positions in fields like production, engineering, quality, and project management during the past fifteen years. He has effectively contributed to the development of teams, strategies, and visions that ensure the growth of people and the company by utilising Gestalt ideas, concepts, and principles.Committed to achieving perfection on a personal and team level, he aims to realise each person’s full potential by utilising Gestalt theory and practise.

Natalia has been a GPO since 2022 and a member of GPO Chamber board since 2023. She serves as the Lead Managing Executive of the Ukrainian Association of Gestalt Coaches, delivering educational programs for GPO certification. Natalia works primarily in sales and consulting, specializing in building and developing sales departments. In organizational change processes, she applies the Gestalt approach, integrating systemic business thinking with deep work with leaders and teams.
Become an Accredited GPO
Application materials

2 years Gestalt training
in Gestalt​ theory and​ methodology (minimum of 150 hours), preferably on Gestalt​ in organisations, at least 25 hours by an accredited GPO

15 hours supervision
at least 5 hours on an individual basis and 7 hours conducted by a qualified organisational supervisor, preferably an accredited GPO

5 year organisational experience -
working as a coach, trainer, consultant, or manager (overlapping with the Gestalt training)

Get mentor
Pay the registration fee of € 150 after you get the invoice and we get in touch with you quickly to connect you with a mentor who supports you with your application.

Prepare dossier
It is based on the template, which you can download below. Once you have completed it and handed it in, you will be ready for the final step!

Join peer group
You will be invited to attend a certification meeting with the other applicants. Meetings take place once a quarter.

Share case
During the meeting, you will present a case study illustrating your work as a GPO and receive feedback.

Get certified
If the certifiers decide that you have done it, you are certified! We will send you your GPO certificate, officially welcoming you as an active new member of our community.
